Nakamura Hardware has served Alameda since 1971. Three generations, one location, thousands of loyal customers who could order off-menu. We stock things the big-box stores don't and we actually know how to help you use them. The business is profitable, the lease is favorable, and the reputation is irreplaceable. My grandfather built it, my father ran it, I've kept it going — but none of my kids want to take over. I'm looking for someone who respects what this is. Not a flipper. Not a franchise.
